Where We Ship From All orders are shipped from mainland China. We ship worldwide to over 28 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and major European countries.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–22 business days
- Asia (HK, SG, JP, KR, etc.): 7–15 business days
- Other international destinations: 15–30 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to be updated after dispatch.
