Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your KozmiKraft jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will cover the return shipping and provide a full replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
